The data controller is The Recovery Group, referred to in this policy as “we”, “us” or “our”. We want you to be confident that the personal information you give us is safe and secure with us. And to understand how we use it to offer you a better and more personalised experience on our Site.

Payment details for orders placed on our Site are collected by third party organisations, using SSL to encrypt personal data. Customer payment and bank details (card number etc.) are neither received nor stored by Us.

Data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. By using our Site you accept the risks of providing information online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security.
